Comments of ArcArt: may be in 2000s it was necessary from our side to create the same land-art by putting numerous barrels on the blue ice in Rodgers Bay and to develop a large-scale phrase ‘SOS Wrangel Island!’ to draw attention of the crazy society to eviction of Ushakovsky village nowhere, and to which well known ex-empire has been spent so much historical efforts?
